Please Read Before Proceeding

Welcome to the New Jersey State League of Master Plumbers License Enforcement Committee. On the following page you may send preliminary complaint information to our Committee Chairman via email. Before proceeding, please take note that any and all information you provide on the form may be subject to public disclosure. Also, the License Enforcement Committee takes all valid complaints seriously. If you are not willing to provide all the information needed to pursue a successful complaint, please do not proceed to the following page.

If you have chosen to continue please understand that all complaints are not deemed enforceable and the committee may chose to deny any complaint of this nature. Typical rejections for complaints vary but may include lack of information supplied on the initial screening form, lack of evidence and pertinent information provided by the complainant and lack of complainant availability to be present in court proceedings.
